webpack - ako môžem nastaviť ts-loader, aby sa nepokúšal načítať .html súbory ako TypeScript?

component.ts
import template from './template.html' 

vedie k:

  TS2307: Cannot find module './template.html' or its corresponding type declarations.

Skúšal som dať raw-loader pred aj za ts-loader, a nič to nezmenilo.

loaders.unshift({
  test: /\.html$/,
  exclude: /node_modules/,
  use: 'raw-loader',
});

Tiež som sa pokúsil urobiť:

component.ts
import template from '!!raw-loader!./template.html' 

A to tiež nefunguje.

Prečo sa to snaží načítať ako TypeScript alebo JavaScript? Ako mu môžem povedať, aby to nerobilo?
